We appreciate your patience and understanding immensely.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Return &amp; Refunds<\/span><\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Returns only available if product is found and tested as faulty. This must be notified within 7 days of install or shipment to you. Refunds are\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0available for \u201cchange of mind\u201d<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We do not and will not offer refunds for delayed deliveries.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us the order number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If product found faulty, we will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Warranty<\/span><\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">12 months limited warranty for all Android Screens and Carplay Boxes. (excluding artificial damaged or caused by installation error)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accessories get 3 months warranty (excluding artificial damaged or caused by installation error).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please kindly tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We do not support individual applications on the Android systems. We only support the Android software and hardware. e.g. If there is an issue with Netflix, we cannot help.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All warranty jobs are done at the closest engineers&#8217; location.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">While we do install kits not bought from us, please be aware you\u00a0<strong>will not<\/strong>\u00a0be covered under our warranty if the kit is not compatible and\/or is not able to be installed correctly.
